Pay: $25 - $30/hr.

About the RoleWe're hiring a Full-Time Commercial Maintenance Technician to maintain commercial properties in Chandler. You'll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roofing, and HVAC. This is a hands-on role with direct client interaction.
Responsibilities- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks
- Conduct service inspections and maintain building systems
- Use tablet/smartphone technology to log work, submit reports, and track time
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Attend safety training and comply with OSHA standards
- High School Diploma/GED or trade certification preferred
- 2-5 years maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction services preferred
- Monday-Friday, full-time schedule
- Hands-on work across multiple trades
- Company van, tools, and equipment provided
