Summary

As a Lead Installer at Champion Air, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our customers. This position requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities to oversee installation projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Supervise and mentor junior installers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret schematics to accurately install equipment.
• Conduct system tests to verify functionality and efficiency post-installation.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC installation with a strong understanding of refrigeration.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in property maintenance is beneficial.
• NATE Certification Preferred
• Insurable DMV driving record required
