Fabricator Partnerships Manager (Stone Fabrication Industry) — Phoenix / Hybrid Location

As we expand, we are building a fabricator-centric sales and enablement function led by professionals who deeply understand counter top fabrication businesses

This Phoenix-based role is ideal for professionals who have sold equipment or technology to counter top and stone fabrication shops and want tighter collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership.
You will own fabricator partnerships while also serving as an internal subject-matter expert on fabricator workflows, economics, and adoption.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow relationships with counter top and stone fabrication shops across key markets
Recruit, onboard, and certify fabricators into the Free Power partner program
Host fabricators at HQ for live demos, training, and certification sessions
Train fabricator sales teams on how to sell and position Free Power effectively
Support post-sale adoption and installation alignment inside the shop
Act as the internal voice of the fabricator: objections, workflows, economics, and needs
Partner closely with product, operations, and marketing teams at HQ
Support major industry events such as KBIS, IBS, and regional shows
Track partner performance, certifications, and pipeline in Hub Spot CRM
Fabricators leaving HQ trained, certified, and confident
Strong sell-through and repeat adoption from partner shops
Clear feedback loops improving product and go-to-market execution
Long-term, trusted partnerships with top fabricator groups
5+ years selling equipment or technology to counter top / stone fabrication shops
Direct experience with CNCs, saws, polishers, or fabrication workflows
Strong relationships with fabricator owners and leadership
Comfortable presenting, demoing, and training in person
Strong documentation and CRM discipline (Hub Spot preferred)
Willingness to be Phoenix-based with frequent travel
