Labor Service Technician

American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family‑owned and operated company seeking a dependable and motivated Labor Service Technician to support our roofing service operations and job site logistics.

• $16–$26 per hour depending on experience

• Performance-based advancement opportunities

• Assist with roofing service repairs and maintenance

• Support technicians with installations and jobsite tasks

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment safely

• Load and unload materials efficiently

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Travel to job locations as required

• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or roofing

• Valid Arizona driver’s license

• CDL preferred (not required)

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

• Company vehicle/truck (for qualified employees)

• Stable, year-round work
