Raze Technologies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Installation Technician to support smart home deployments at multifamily properties. This role involves frequent travel and hands-on installation of IoT smart home systems, along with documentation and inventory management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a team, traveling regularly, and delivering high-quality installations in occupied and unoccupied units.

• Install IoT smart home devices in multifamily properties, including but not limited to smart locks, thermostats, sensors, and hubs
• Perform installations efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Travel regularly to job sites as required
• Complete installation reports, checklists, and required documentation accurately and on time
• Track, manage, and report inventory usage and equipment
  
  Troubleshoot basic technical issues during installation
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment at all job sites
• Communicate effectively with project managers and property staff

• GED or high school diploma required
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working with tools, technology, and mobile applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed

• Previous experience with low‑voltage, smart home, security, or IoT installations
• Experience working in multifamily or residential properties
• Basic networking or Wi‑Fi knowledge
