Groundworks, the nation's leading foundation solutions company, is hiring a Co-Foreman to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona!

As a Co-Foreman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with fast growth potential.

What You'll Do:

* Assist the Foreman in leading and motivating your crew

* Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites

* Install foundation and waterproofing solutions

* Troubleshoot challenges and ensure quality work

* Deliver excellent service to homeowners

* Complete all required documentation accurately

What You Bring:

* Experience leading crews or small teams

* Basic construction or mechanical skills

* Strong communication & teamwork abilities

* Valid driver's license

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in crawl spaces
