• Maintain a strong commitment to safety both on the job and while driving.
• Inspect roofs, execute repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on low slope roofing systems.
• Communicate effectively: articulate clearly in various situations and actively listen to ensure understanding.
• Demonstrate dependability by completing tasks punctually and following management instructions.
• Drive a company vehicle daily to service client locations.

• At least three (3) years of experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Willingness to travel when necessary and available for weekend and holiday emergencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet safely.
• Willingness to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Skills to load and unload materials and equipment at various heights.
• Ability to shovel loose materials like gravel, snow, or dirt as needed.
