Compensation- Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday, Full Time.
- Weekends Off!
- Overtime Available.

- Residential retrofit / changeout installations.
- Excellent communication with homeowners.
- Help with the AC installation process and commissioning/start‑up.
- Manage project timelines and work scope.
- Track tools and stay well organized.
- Maintain a clean working space and professional appearance.
- Follow safety protocols and help with gas/CO testing on start‑up.
- Help train and develop other team members.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- 3 + years of residential retrofit/change‑out installation experience.
- Lead experience desired.
- EPA certification.
- NATE certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience installing a wide range of residential HVAC equipment and indoor air quality accessories.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
- Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; willingness to learn.
- Experience consulting with customers and answering questions.
