Position: Lead Scaffolding Crew for Professional Events

As a Lead Scaffolding Crew Member for Professional Sports, here’s what you can look forward to:
  • Team Supervision: Lead a dedicated crew of up to 5 individuals, overseeing the construction and dismantling of scaffolds at various large-scale venues like football stadiums, baseball diamonds, and hockey rinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and deconstruct scaffolding, ladders, walkways, and handrails.
  • Assist with the safe installation and removal of equipment according to specific plans.
  • Inspect all scaffold components before assembly to ensure safety and quality.
  • Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials effectively.
  • Review installation plans thoroughly prior to on-site work.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of safety equipment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition at the end of each shift.
Job Requirements:
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have a solid driving record.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools such as drills and saws.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with your team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Understand and follow basic safety instructions effectively.
  • Previous scaffolding experience is a must.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Preferred but not mandatory:
    Bilingual in English and Spanish.
