As a Lead Scaffolding Crew Member for Professional Sports, here’s what you can look forward to:- Team Supervision: Lead a dedicated crew of up to 5 individuals, overseeing the construction and dismantling of scaffolds at various large-scale venues like football stadiums, baseball diamonds, and hockey rinks.

- Job Flexibility: Expect overnight travel, with durations often exceeding 90 days, allowing you to explore new locations.

- Construct and deconstruct scaffolding, ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist with the safe installation and removal of equipment according to specific plans.
- Inspect all scaffold components before assembly to ensure safety and quality.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris.
- Load and unload equipment and materials effectively.
- Review installation plans thoroughly prior to on-site work.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of safety equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition at the end of each shift.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a solid driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools such as drills and saws.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with your team.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Understand and follow basic safety instructions effectively.
- Previous scaffolding experience is a must.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Preferred but not mandatory:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
