This is a full‑time, on‑site Cable Technician role based in Phoenix, AZ. The responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various cabling and structured cabling systems. Technicians will use hand tools and other equipment to run, terminate, and test cables while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with team members, interpreting technical diagrams, and effectively managing time to complete projects within deadlines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in cables and cabling installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Knowledge and experience with structured cabling systems and their applications.
- Familiarity with electricity and an understanding of basic electrical systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and other equipment required for cabling tasks.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and follow safety protocols.
- Previous experience in cable installation or a similar field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in cabling or related fields are a plus.
