We are a high-quality HVAC, insulation, and full-service home energy efficiency contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro region, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler. We offer home improvement services that improve comfort, indoor air quality, and building health and safety in home and business applications throughout the region.

• $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, Full Time.

• Weekends Off!

• Residential retrofit / changeout installations
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Ability to help with the AC installation process and commissioning/start up
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
• Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols, and help with gas/CO testing on startup
• Help train and develop other team members

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 + years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience
• Lead experience desired
• EPA Certification
• NATE certification or willing to obtain
• Experience installing a wide range of residential HVAC equipment and indoor air quality accessories
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn
• Experience consulting with customers and answering questions

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
