Full-Time HVAC Service Technicians

Elite Mechanical is a well trusted and locally owned commercial HVAC contractor looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with a solid work ethic to join our team. Come be a part of an established and ethical company that takes pride in our workmanship, employees and our customers!

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, modifications, and repairs to HVAC commercial equipment
• Work with rooftop package/split systems, water source heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, system pumps, VFD's, VAV's, fan coils, exhaust fans, etc.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to do on-call rotation

• 4+ years experience - preferred, but not required
• EPA Certification - (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot ambient conditions

• Good oral and writing communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Good problem solving skills
