Lead HVAC Installer

Overview

Ideal Air Conditioning & Insulation is a high-quality HVAC, insulation, and full-service home energy efficiency contractor serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro region, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler. We offer home improvement services that improve comfort, indoor air quality, and building health and safety in home and business applications throughout the region. • Residential retrofit / changeout installations
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Assist with the AC installation process and commissioning/start up
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Keep track of tools and stay well organized
• Take pride in your work and maintain a clean workspace
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols and assist with gas/CO testing on start up
• Help train and develop other team members

• 3+ years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Experience installing a wide range of residential HVAC equipment and indoor air quality accessories
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus, but not required; willingness to learn
• Lead experience is desired
• Experience consulting with customers and answering questions

Pay range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, Full Time. Weekends Off. Overtime Available.
