As a Maintenance Technician at Biltmore Properties Inc, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and responding promptly to service requests from residents. You will perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems while also ensuring that all safety standards are met. In addition, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, participating in preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of our facilities.
