As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems installed in supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service establishments.

• Respond to service calls as directed.

• Troubleshoot and repair rack systems, self-contained cases, HVAC units, and VFDs.

• Restore equipment to proper operating condition.

• Report follow-up needs to dispatch, leads, and managers.

• Participate in on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service staff.

• Complete and submit all required paperwork and packing slips daily.

• Maintain truck stock inventory.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

• Experience in refrigeration systems at supermarkets.

• HVAC and refrigeration expertise.

• EPA Universal certification.

• Field service experience.

• Electronics and installation knowledge.

• Proficiency in completing paperwork and inventory management.

This is an on-call, remote job requiring travel to service calls, typically from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The position includes on-call duty one day a week after 5 PM and one weekend a month. The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $97760.00/yr.
