HVAC Warranty Technician

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to serve as a technical expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex warranty-related installation and service issues. This role supports service quality, reduces repeat calls, and strengthens technician performance through mentorship, training, and collaboration.

• Run warranty calls
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC installation and service-related warranty issues
• Identify repeat issues and support training initiatives to improve technician performance
• Mentor and coach service technicians and installers
• Partner with Dispatch and Service Management to resolve warranty calls efficiently
• Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service documentation
• Order parts to support timely repair completion

• 3 Years of HVAC Service or Install experience - diagnostic skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term solutions
• Valid driver’s license
• Ongoing technical training and career advancement opportunities
• Uniforms and safety equipment provided
• Company vehicle (as applicable), fuel card, and company-provided tools

Pay Range: $26 - $40 USD
