$42–$50/hr | Monday–Friday | Commercial Refrigeration Installation Experience Required

Air2O is hiring a Commercial Refrigeration Install Manager in Phoenix, Arizona (North Phoenix / West Valley area) to lead ground-up commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration system builds inside our clean, air‑conditioned production facility. This is a hands‑on install‑only leadership role — not service, not field travel, not on‑call. One location. Stable hours. Long‑term opportunity.

• Build commercial refrigeration systems from empty shell to full commissioning
• Install piping, line sets, compressors, valves, controls, electrical components
• Perform brazing, pressure testing, vacuum testing, and system charging
• Complete startup and full system commissioning
• Read refrigeration schematics and blueprints
• Lead and supervise 2–4 refrigeration installers daily
• Ensure quality, safety, and installation standards are met

• 5+ years in commercial refrigeration installation (install‑focused, not service tech work)
• Experience building walk‑in coolers, freezer systems, rack systems, or large commercial HVAC/R units
• Strong brazing, pipe fitting, and piping installation skills
• Ability to interpret refrigeration schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisor experience preferred
• Location:
