We're hiring a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to run installation projects across the Phoenix metro area.
OverviewResponsibilities include HVAC system installation and changeouts, commissioning, job organization, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining clean job sites.

Pay$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
HoursMonday through Friday. No Weekends! Overtime Available

- Residential AC systems
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Duct modifications
- Indoor air quality accessories
- 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with HVAC system changeouts
- EPA certification
- NATE certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices
