Irrigation Helper

Sun Works Arizona is looking for a motivated and dependable Landscape Irrigation Helper to support our Irrigation Division throughout Southern Arizona. This role assists with commercial irrigation installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and seasonal services to help keep Arizona landscapes healthy, efficient, and thriving.

• Assist with irrigation system installations and repairs
• Help troubleshoot leaks, broken sprinkler heads, valves, wiring, and controllers
• Dig trenches and support pipe installation and repairs
• Install and adjust sprinkler heads, drip systems, emitters, and irrigation components
• Assist with irrigation audits, system startups, and seasonal maintenance
• Support water‑efficient irrigation practices designed for desert landscapes
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite expectations
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members

• Previous irrigation or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn irrigation systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred
