This is a field-based opportunity with a fast-growing company in the solar industry, supporting equipment that installs and maintains solar panel systems across the country.

• Travel to job sites to operate, maintain, and repair heavy equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and on-site repairs
• Work in outdoor environments on large-scale solar projects

• Experience working on heavy equipment (construction, diesel, excavators, tractors, backhoes, etc.)
• Strong hydraulics troubleshooting and repair experience
• Basic to solid electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable diagnosing equipment breakdowns in the field
• Open to a travel-heavy role

No solar experience needed – equipment is niche, but components are standard

• Daylight hours (typically 6:00 AM start, can be as early as 5:00 AM)
• 3 weeks on / 1 weekend off rotation
• 45–60 hours per week (OT available)
• Projects primarily located in AZ, TX, NV, and OH (open desert / large job sites)

• 100% travel role – live anywhere in the U.S.
• All travel is paid (you’re on the clock while traveling)
• Per diem provided
• 3 weeks of paid training before deployment
• In-person interview in Las Vegas (equipment walkthrough)

• Up to $45/hour + overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
