Principal Service Solutions is hiring Equipment Preventative Maintenance Technicians.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr to $24.00/hr
Schedule:
Day Shift (7) Works every Thurs, Fri, Sat e/o Wed

    Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 06:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
• Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems.
• Receives general instructions and review of job plans for all work.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Associate degree or Technical certificate in HVAC, Automotive or Mechanical application
• Operate a PIT forklift, and pallet jack and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment

Duties:

• Operates, maintains, and performs minor upgrade projects on mechanical systems.
• Includes doing the monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual PMs, as well as fixing any operational and maintenance issues that occur on the mechanical system.
• Willingness to work a compressed workweek schedule
• Work in clean room environments, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves.
• Lift up to 30 lbs, pull 250lbs at least once a day, and spend most of the time (greater than 90 less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.
• Perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment PPE.
• Work from heights and climb ladders.
