We’re looking for motivated crew members to help deliver top-quality tile installations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where teamwork, skill, and attention to detail make all the difference.
What You’ll Do- Assist with precise flooring tile installations
- Support and learn from experienced team members
- Prepare, inspect, and clean job sites
- Communicate updates and issues with management
- Maintain tools and company vehicles
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high‑quality work environment
- Construction experience, preferably with flooring tile
- Ability to read plan layouts & measurements
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and a problem solver
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop for 8+ hours
- Lift and carry materials and tools as needed (50–75 lbs)
- Work overtime as needed
