Concrete Finisher

* Bring concrete to life by smoothing, shaping, and finishing poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and sitework.

* Spread concrete to the specified depth and consistency to ensure strong, lasting results.

* Level and finish freshly poured concrete using straightedges, floats, machine trowels, power screeds, rider trowels, and laser screeds.

* Achieve top-tier quality by power troweling, rubbing, and patching surfaces to meet Suntec's high standards.

* Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project.

* Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on tools and equipment.

* Actively follow and support all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite guidelines.

* Support the team by performing additional duties as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

* Strong commitment to jobsite safety and working safely in all conditions.

* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with crew members and leadership.

* Reliable, punctual attendance - ready and on time for Safety Pre-Task Planning every day.

* Physical stamina to perform demanding work in outdoor and field environments.

* Comfort working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated structures.

* Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to follow instructions with moderate supervision and stay focused on quality.

* Ability to remain in a stationary position when required for finishing tasks.
