Our successful HVAC Service Technicians in Phoenix make between $45K and over $250K per year.

What Your Day Looks Like
* Start your day in a fully stocked take-home van-no wasting time at a warehouse.
* Visit residential customers, diagnose issues, and deliver repairs that restore comfort.
* Explain maintenance and upgrade options in a way that makes homeowners feel confident.
* Perform system checks: refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and energy-efficiency upgrades like smart thermostats.
* End your day knowing you've solved problems that truly mattered to families.
Who You Are
* You have at least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
* EPA Certified (Type II or Universal).
* Customer-focused and professional in appearance, communication, and punctuality.
* Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures.
* A safe driver with a valid license and clean record.
* Ready to grow your skills through ongoing technical training and teamwork.
