We are looking for an experienced Window Installer to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for installing vinyl, aluminum, and retro-fit windows and doors while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:- Performing quality window and door installations on time and within budget
- Conducting inventory checks and ensuring all tools and materials are ready before each job
- Minimizing material waste and leaving job sites clean
- Submitting accurate paperwork and time cards
- Building strong relationships with customers and superintendents
- Maintaining and protecting tools, equipment, and your installation truck
- Supporting and training fellow team members as needed
- Proven experience as a window installer or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with insurance company approval
- Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
