HQ is seeking a skilled drywall and painting specialist to perform trade tasks, communicate with clients, maintain documentation, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

• Perform drywall repair and installation, including hanging, taping, finishing, and texture application (smooth, knockdown, orange peel, level
  5).
• Paint interior surfaces—walls, ceilings, trim, doors—and install base molding of various types.
• Coordinate daily with the Project Manager to report job status, unforeseen conditions, and scope changes.
• Interact professionally with clients and property occupants on‑site, representing the company with courtesy and professionalism, and obtain a signed Certificate of Satisfaction upon completion.
• Maintain thorough photo documentation throughout all phases of work.
• Complete timecards, material receipts, and all job‑related expense records accurately and timely.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to building codes, company standards, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Perform all additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in drywall repair, installation, painting, and base installation.
• Experience with all drywall texture types, including smooth, knockdown, orange peel, and level 5.
• Experience installing cove base and other base types.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to match existing finishes and textures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively on the job site.
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and a clean driving record.
• All necessary tools and equipment are provided; personal tools are welcome but not required.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to quality on every job.

Moderate to high level of physical activity is required. Candidates must be able to endure extended periods of physical labor, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that involve standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, leaning, reaching, and climbing. Frequent use of hands and arms, and the ability to speak and hear clearly are essential. Regular use of a mobile device and visual capabilities such as close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required.
