• Deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting customer relationships
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence and expertise
• Perform warranty repairs and precision tune‑ups
• Present HVAC equipment solutions and service agreements that meet customer needs
• Set and achieve sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Complete paperwork and assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for evenings and weekends
• Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and operating procedures

We're seeking professionals who are passionate about their craft and committed to excellence.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to identify customer solutions
