• Work in the field reviewing active construction projects and ensuring site clean‑up and close‑out documentation are fulfilled.
• Ensure active construction work meets Pauley’s requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Verify internal CORE documentation matches completed LCS and customer requirements, and report any issues or lack of compliance to market leadership.
• Make minor field corrections to installations if issues are identified.
• Handle small material shipments and run materials to field crews.
• Operate, work, and report via general computer applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver’s license (no provisional), with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and company drug screening.
• Attendance and completion of all required company training.
• May be required to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, or be on call as needed.
• May include working nights and holidays as required.

• Preferred: aerial construction experience.
• Problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience working in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Self‑starter and proactive.
• Effective communication skills.

• Stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers, and reach with arms to spaces both high and low; stand, walk, climb, balance, crawl, crouch, lift, hold, or stoop for a moderate amount of time during shifts.
• Noise level may be moderate.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, rain, snow, sleet, dust, wet roads, icy roads, and fog.
• Require lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, airborne pathogens, toxic or corrosive chemicals, and moving machinery parts and pieces.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Pay Range: The hourly range for the Technician Quality Control Field position is $18.00 – $26.00, depending on experience.
