- Communicate clearly with customers and team members, ensuring attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Operate specialized equipment to clean air delivery systems and insulate non-air-conditioned spaces.
- Install accessories such as UV lights and electronic filters to improve air quality.
- Apply radiant barriers and meet required insulation R-values while maintaining safety standards.
- Ensure quality standards are met with minimal callbacks, providing thorough documentation including photos and customer signatures.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, ensuring its functionality and cleanliness after each job.
- Required:
- Two years of HVAC installation experience.
- Consistent and dedicated work history (no job-hopping).
- EPA Type II certification.
- OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health certification.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must be 18 or older and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring, and performing duct cleaning tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Preferred:
- 3 years of progressive HVAC work experience with few gaps and increasing responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Team Player:
Ability to work effectively within a team environment. - Detail-Oriented:
Strong focus on completing tasks with attention to every detail.

Full-time
Pay: $28.64 - $34.49 per hour
