Pay: $50/Hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Long-Term Projects | Overtime Available

We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Journeymen and Duct Foremen for commercial and industrial construction projects. Candidates must have a strong background in ductwork installation and sheet metal systems.

Commercial and Industrial experience is required.

Open Positions

HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman

• Minimum 4 years of commercial or industrial duct installation experience
• Experience installing HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Must provide required hand tools

HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Foreman

• Minimum 6+ years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience
• Prior foreman or lead experience preferred
• Ability to supervise crews and coordinate daily activities
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Experience managing manpower, productivity, and project schedules
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial and industrial HVAC ductwork systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Measure, fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal duct systems

• Coordinate work with other trades on active construction sites

• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project schedules

• Attend daily toolbox safety meetings

• Follow all company and site-specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Commercial or industrial construction experience required

• Residential-only experience does not qualify

• Proven reliability and strong attendance record

• Must have all hand tools required to perform the work

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

• Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform routine and heavy physical labor

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and active construction environments

• Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment and multiple trades

Safety Requirements

• Strict adherence to all company and site safety policies

• Fall protection experience required, including safety harness and dual lanyard systems

• Required PPE:

• Hard Hat
• Safety Glasses
• Cut-Resistant Gloves
• Hearing Protection
• High-Visibility Safety Vest
• Steel-Toe or Composite-Toe Boots (ankle-high)
