At Pauley Construction, LLC, as a Technician Quality Control Field, you’ll ensure that construction or installation work meets specified standards by performing inspections, conducting tests, and monitoring compliance throughout projects. You’ll address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

- Work in the field reviewing active construction projects, walk and review completed construction projects ensuring site clean up and close out documentation is fulfilled.
- Ensure active construction work is completed to Pauley’s requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure internal CORE documentation matches the completed LCS and customer requirements, verify and report to market leadership any issues or lack of documentation or compliance issues.
- Make minor field corrections to installation if issues are identified.
- Handle small materials, run small materials to field crews.
- Operate, work, and report via general computer applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional), with an acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a background check and company drug screening.
- Must attend and pass all company required training.
- May be required to work overtime, after hours, on weekends or be on‑call as needed to ensure work is completed.
- May include working nights and holidays as needed.
- Aerial construction experience preferred.
- Problem solver.
- Computer skills.
- Willingness to work in a solo and team environment.
- Experience working through all types of weather, including inclement weather.
- Self‑starter.
- Effective communication skills.
- Stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms to high and low spaces; stand, walk, climb, balance, crawl, crouch, lift, hold or stoop for moderate periods.
- Noise level may be moderate.
- Exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold, rain, snow, sleet, dust, wet or icy roads, and fog.
- Required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to dust, fumes, or other airborne pathogens.
- May be exposed to toxic or corrosive chemicals and moving machinery parts.
- Vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus near and/or far.
The hourly range for the Technician Quality Control Field position is $20.00 - $25.00, depending on experience.
