Position:
Golf Course Renovation Laborer – 20 openings.
- Prepare for and build greens, tees, and bunkers.
- Construct and install irrigation system components, including plumbing, connections, and tie‑ins.
- Install irrigation lines, wire, heads, and assembly hardware.
- Dig holes, trenches, and channels using hand tools and mechanized equipment for drainage and irrigation layouts.
- Spread and lay materials such as grass seed, sod, greens mix, gravel, and sand.
- Operate an 85 hp trencher for mainline piping (6‑10 in.) and an 85 hp vibratory plow for lateral piping (2‑3 in.).
- Use hand shovels and other hand tools to level ditch lines and create space for irrigation hardware.
- Ensure trench dimensions meet expected depth (26‑44 in.) and width (8‑18 in.) requirements.
- Work schedule:
6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Sunday through Saturday.
- No formal education required.
- Minimum three months of experience in golf course construction, landscape installation/maintenance, or related construction trades involving site preparation, grading, drainage, or structural installation.
- Knowledge of golf course irrigation systems and ability to install or repair key components.
- Minimum three months of experience operating a tractor, skid loader, or plow/trencher.

Pay: $19.42 per hour, bi‑weekly (40 hrs/week). Overtime at $29.13 per hour as needed.
Optional company housing provided free of charge for employees outside of commuting distance. Housing reimbursement of $231.00 per pay period for those not using company housing.
Reimbursement for transportation (including meals, lodging, and visa-related expenses) to the place of employment when the worker completes half the employment period. Full transportation paid for completion of the employment period or dismissal by the company. Daily subsistence at a rate of at least $16.78 per day up to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
All required deductions will be made from the worker’s paycheck pursuant to applicable law.
