Lead Commercial Glazier​/Glazing Foreman

Mirror Works is a commercial glazing contractor in Glendale, AZ — in business since 1986, about 90 employees, with project work for Mayo Clinic and Honor Health. We're hiring lead-level glaziers to run work on commercial projects across the Phoenix metro.

• Run point on curtain wall, storefront, and interior glazing installs
• Lead a crew of 2-4 glaziers
• Work off construction documents and shop drawings; handle layout
• Coordinate with GC superintendents and other trades
• Keep your scope on schedule and installed right the first time

• 5+ years commercial glazing (curtain wall, storefront, entrances, interior glass)
• Experience leading a crew, or ready to step up
• Able to read shop drawings and perform layoutiy
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Healthcare or occupied‑facility project experience a plus

Journeyman‑level applicants will be considered — rate scaled to experience.

Pay: $28–$40/hr based on experience and what you can run.
