- Verify accuracy of materials and components before beginning work
- Pass required welding tests including Flux Core, Spray, and Short Circuit
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 3+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or related field
- Proficiency in reading tape measures and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience verifying parts and materials for accuracy
- Ability to prepare surfaces and components properly before welding
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
