Hydraulic Technician

We are seeking a Hydraulic Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair hydraulic pumps, power units, cylinders and more.

Repairs on heavy construction and mining equipment, such as hydraulic pumps, power units, jacks and more. Disassemble and assemble hydraulic components.

Safe, accurate tear down and inspection of various sizes of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, power units, etc. Determine part reusability on our quality standards as well as the OEMs.

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HAND TOOLS

Write clear and precise job scopes.

Ability to work independently & as a team.

• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload

Monday - Friday 7:30-4pm

L&D started as a small family owned repair shop. Founded by David and Roger Mandel, brothers who migrated west in the early 1970s. With roots in farming and mining, they started out repairing small hydraulic jacks, pumps, motors and cylinders.

Over the years L&D Hydraulics has been able to expand its capabilities to repairing major heavy duty components, jacks, supplies and tools to the mining and heavy civil industry. Since 1995 L&D Hydraulics has been servicing the southwest region's mining industry with great success.
