Field Installer - Tents & Structures

Job Description Summary

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our traveling crew. If you love physical work and the open road, this is the role for you.

• 80% Travel:
  You’ll be on-site for 2–3 weeks, followed by 1 full week off at home.
• Zero Cost to You:
  We cover all travel and hotels, plus provide a daily per diem.
• The Basics:
  Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and able to pass a drug/background/MVR check (you’ll be behind the wheel of a Company F350).

• Build the Big Stuff:
  Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework.
• Master the Machinery:
  Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man‑baskets.
• Team Up:
  Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.

• Professional Training:
  In‑house “Tenting 101” and OSHA certifications.
• Credentials:
  We’ll help you secure your TWIC (Federal Background Check).

Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
