Scaffold Foreman - Phoenix, AZ

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Scaffold E&D Foreman (Scaffold Supervisor) located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role focuses on designing, managing, and supervising the construction, installation, and dismantling of scaffolds for construction projects. Candidates must already reside in the Phoenix area; relocation assistance is not available.

• Design various types of scaffolds and order materials to maintain workflow.
• Perform necessary documentation including delivery/pick‑up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s, and scaffold inspection checklists.
• Act as a mentor and coach to the Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters to support their development.
• Supervise a crew of up to three Lead Carpenters, each running a small crew, to erect and dismantle scaffolding under the direction of the E&D Foreman 2 or E&D Supervisor.
• Prepare and maintain safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA scaffold regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or approved equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Knowledge of various scaffolding materials and their load capacity.
• Good understanding of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 pounds or more.
• Work indoors or outdoors as required by the job.

Hourly rate: $28.00–$30.00 depending on experience. Position is located in Phoenix, AZ (85007) and requires residence within commuting distance. No relocation assistance or travel/per‑diem is offered.
