Mobile Engineer – HVAC/R Systems

On-site - Phoenix, AZ

• Operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Assures equipment is maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner and downtime is reduced to a minimum by anticipating necessary repairs.
• Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
• Maintains, operates, and repairs all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.
• Studies equipment, determines proper use and methods.
• Performs assigned facility inspections, reports findings.
• Submits P-card receipts daily.
• Updates work order status in real time.
• Uses CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
• Maintains a valid state driver’s license.
• Available for call‑in work and performs other duties as required.

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience utilizing CMMS (Work Order) systems.
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC.
