We are looking for Experienced Drain Technicians to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, and maintaining residential and commercial drain and sewer systems. You will use advanced equipment and proven techniques to restore proper flow while delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers.
Work is performed in residential and commercial field environments. The role requires working in confined spaces, navigating uneven surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating hand and power tools and vehicles. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust is expected. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Key Responsibilities- Drain & Sewer Services: Perform drain cleaning, clog removal, and sewer line services using professional equipment such as cable machines, hydro jetting systems, and cameras.
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Accurately identify drain and sewer issues, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow Company & Industry Standards: Adhere to all company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards while performing work.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company quality standards and restores systems to proper operation.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining findings, services performed, and recommendations to homeowners and business owners.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations and best practices.
- Documentation: Complete accurate service documentation, including work performed, parts used, and job notes.
- Education: Completion of a relevant plumbing or drain cleaning training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of drain cleaning, sewer, or plumbing-related experience
. - Licenses: Valid driver’s license required. Plumbing or drain-related certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, operate heavy equipment, and perform physical labor in various conditions.

$60,000 - $80,000 USD
