MMI Tank and Industrial Services is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our millwright division performs all types of industrial construction, repairs, installs, and upgrades. We have built many relationships with industrial companies in the Phoenix metro area. We work during many shutdowns to get equipment up and running for our clients.

Millwright / Pipe Fitter

• Proficient in fitting piping systems.
• Ability to read and understand prints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.
• Use and maintain company tools and equipment respectfully.
• Read and understand daily JSA.
• Obey company and client safety rules and regulations.
• Team player able to work with others.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work weekends and off‑hours.
• Willingness to travel; some travel may be required.

• 4 to 5 years of pipe fitting experience (preferred) in an industrial environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• People and verbal communication skills.
• Professional interaction with supervision and clients.
• Ability to handle stress and job demands.
• Experience fitting pipe.
• Experience in rigging.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to read and comprehend plans, isometric drawings, and equipment manuals.
