- Concrete demolition and repair
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Rebar replacement
- Caulking
- Expansion Joints
- Coating application
- Equipment grouting
- Possess a TWIC card
- Current Basic and Basic Plus Safety Council Training preferred
- Turnaround/Shutdown experience preferred
- Must be willing to wear a respirator
- Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
- Must be willing to travel to jobs outside the Houston area
- Experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor
