Restoration HQ is a leading restoration company in Arizona. We seek dedicated Mitigation Technicians to support our 24/7/365 services in commercial buildings throughout the Southwest.

• Arrive promptly at job sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Follow the lead of the assigned Lead Technician on the project.
• Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any loss or damage.
• Keep the work site clean and safe.
• Perform demolition tasks, including drilling holes, cutting drywall, and removing frames.
• Conduct water extraction as needed.
• Set up and take down equipment as required.

• Self‑motivated, hard‑working with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability for on‑call rotation and ability to work all hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to develop strong leadership skills to manage and lead teams.
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Completion of background check, MVD record check, and drug screening.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

• Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours:
  
  40–60 per week; 10‑hour, 12‑hour, and 8‑hour shift options; day shift, night shift, on‑call, overtime, and weekends as needed
