THE

SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM across the Phoenix metro area.

As our Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent, you'll coordinate with Project Managers, lead foremen, and crews across multiple job sites, and ensure projects stay on track with high safety and quality standards. You'll communicate progress, tackle challenges, and manage manpower while mentoring team members and collaborating with subcontractors, all while upholding our professionalism and high standards.

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 30 certification
• 10+ years of general plumbing experience
• 5+ years leading job sites as a Superintendent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and materials
