North Phoenix, AZ (Full-time)

Established in 1977 in Taiwan, our semiconductor manufacturing equipment client offers tech services,and parts distribution. Our client’s US branch is expanding its operations in Phoenix, AZ, and is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and hands‑on Technicians to join our growing team in Phoenix. You will play a critical role in the installation and commissioning of advanced lithography equipment at a major semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting‑edge semiconductor equipment while building a long‑term career in one of the fastest‑growing industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, assembly, and commissioning of advanced lithography systems
  • Conduct system testing, calibration, and qualification procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues during installation
  • Collaborate closely with customer engineers and internal field operations teams
  • Maintain detailed installation documentation and reports
  • Strictly follow all safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed during critical installation phases
Requirements
  • 0–5 years of experience in technical installation, maintenance, or field service (semiconductor experience a plus)
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude; ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals; excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays maybe expected); typical shifts are 12 hours; work performed in a cleanroom with required PPE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
