If you're new to the trades and ready to work, this is the door.
Responsibilities- Ride along on service calls with a journeyman to learn diagnostics and repair.
- Handle the physical side of the work — drain machine setup and fixture pulls.
- Take Service Titan notes and photos on every job.
- Study for your journeyman exam; we cover prep materials and exam fees.
- Run small solo calls (cleanouts, basic repairs) as you progress.
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Willingness to work, ask questions, and learn the trade.
- Enrolled in or completed trade school, or have construction or trades exposure.
