We are looking for an experienced Craftsman / Remodeler to join our team. We are a family run, locally operated business with about 25 employees. We do a wide variety of residential repair, remodeling, and improvement work throughout Maricopa County
, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and shows up ready to get the job done.

$25–$40 per hour
, depending on experience and skill level

• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Own tools
• Reliable truck, van, or SUV
• Clean criminal history - No recent felony's
• Must be located in Maricopa County
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and our team

• Drywall repair / hang / tape / texture
• Stucco work (if you can do synthetic stucco its a plus)
• Painting
• Trim / doors / baseboards
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Tile (floors and showers)
• Cabinet install / repair
• General punch list and remodel work
• Bathroom and kitchen remodel experience is a plus

• Cares about the quality of their work
• Can work efficiently without being babysat
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Understands how to treat customers and homes with respect
• Wants consistent work with a strong local company
