Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location:

Phoenix, AZ, #N/A, US. Office located at 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282. The role requires travel across the greater Phoenix area.

Compensation: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday–Friday. Hours may vary between 5 am–4 pm with some rotation of on‑call shifts, nights, and weekends.

Job Type: Permanent.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
• Must speak English.
• Must have your own tool kit.
• Pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Five or more years of experience preferred.

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for rooftop units, humidifiers, packaged air conditioners, refrigerated air dryers, and control systems.
• Work with chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, condensers/chilled water pumps and exhaust fans on a regular basis.
• Handle variable frequency drives, computer room AC equipment, air handling/fan coil units, and air compressors.
• Install commercial HVAC units.
• Responsible for teaching apprentices.
• Perform additional duties as required.
