What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain RTUs, walk‑ins, reach‑ins, ice machines, and line cooling
- Diagnose and repair hot‑side: fryers, ovens, griddles, steamers, dish machines
- Work independently in the field — but stay tight with dispatch, parts, and fellow techs
- Use work‑order video on every job to document, educate, and build trust
- Close the loop on quotes, clearly explaining issues and solutions to keep customers informed
- Leave every job site better than you found it
- 3+ years commercial HVAC/R & Kitchen Equipment service field experience with solid troubleshooting
- Comfortable running after‑hours and weekend emergency calls when it’s your turn on‑call
- Professionalism and clear customer communication
- Brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to the job site
- Can work independently, but knows how to tag‑team when the situation calls for it
- Treats customers with respect, keeps them informed, and makes their problem your mission
- EPA Certification
- CFESA, OEM certs
- Communicate relentlessly - every job gets work‑order video proof + clear next step
