We are one of Arizona’s most trusted mechanical contractors, specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, service maintenance, and facility projects.
You’ll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair applied and unitary HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and required after-hours shutdowns
- Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
- Complete start-ups in accordance with manufacturer requirements
- Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area on every job
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Use mobile work order systems, including Service Trade
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Travel throughout Arizona as needed
- Universal EPA Certification required
- HVAC technical training preferred; additional education is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements with an acceptable driving record and background history for the previous 5 years
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on customer needs
- Ability to respond to emergency service requests
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC equipment and systems
- Line sets and brazing techniques
- Reading and interpreting diagrams and schematics
- Chiller service experience; factory training or certifications a plus
- Critical cooling systems experience; factory training or certifications a plus
- Boiler service experience
- Hydronic pump systems, applications, troubleshooting, and start-up
