Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a C37 Licensed Technician to support new engineering and upgrade projects on active commercial and industrial job sites. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on fire protection system installation, testing, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Perform system installations in accordance with Arizona C37 licensing requirements, NFPA standards, and project specifications.
  • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems and related components.
  • Coordinate with electricians, low‑voltage technicians, Foremen, and other trades to support integrated life‑safety systems.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with jobsite safety standards and fire safety regulations.
  • Communicate progress, site conditions, and issues to project leadership.
  • Identify and resolve installation issues, deficiencies, or punch‑list items.
  • Assist with system testing, commissioning, and inspections.
  • Support material handling, staging, and equipment/tool organization.
  • Participate in corrective work and system modifications as needed.
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona C37 Fire Protection License (required).
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with fire sprinkler or fire protection systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection standards, and jobsite safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field environment.
  • Reliable, safety‑conscious, and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience on large, multi‑trade construction sites preferred.
